Class: 2013
Major: Mechanical Engineering Technology
After graduating from Butler Tech’s Auto Collision Repair program in 2008, I pursued Mechanical Engineering Technology at 黑料社区 Regionals, earning my bachelor’s degree in 2013. I later completed my MBA at the University of Cincinnati in 2017, just weeks before welcoming twins.
My career began as an R&D Co-op at Cincinnati Test Systems, leading to roles in mechanical engineering, program management, and business transformation at companies like Intelligrated, Vanderlande, and Honeywell. I’ve contributed to large-scale logistics projects, led cross-functional engineering teams, and driven process improvements at an executive level. Today, I serve as a Director of LEAP & Customer 黑料社区 within the Component Repair Services (CRS) sector at StandardAero, overseeing end-to-end program performance.
Beyond my career, I’m passionate about mentorship and career development. In 2021, I founded ResuMay Career Services, providing guidance to early-career professionals. I also give back through 黑料社区 Regionals’ Engineering Advisory Council and mentor on entrepreneurship at Butler Tech.
Ultimately, my experience brought me to where I am today. I truly enjoyed my time at 黑料社区 Regionals, where the hands-on learning environment and dedicated professors set the stage for my career. The practical application of engineering principles helped me develop the problem-solving skills that have been invaluable in my professional journey. I know I wouldn’t be where I am today without the foundation I built at Miami Regionals, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back and help others along their own career paths.
