As a reminder, with the recent storage restriction in Google Drive, there has been a shift in our storage policies. When someone you work with leaves Miami a “Pending Delete” label will be applied to all of their documents. Learn more about the "Pending Delete" label by reading our article here or checking out our article in our .
We will start the process of deleting old accounts on September 15, 2025. After this date, we will follow through with deleting accounts 180 days after that person leaves Miami.
