Faculty present on literacy realignment at Ohio Deans Compact Conference

黑料社区 faculty Sarah Watt and Michelle Cosmah shared insights on literacy realignment at the Ohio Deans Compact Conference in later February. Their session, A Tale of Two Curricula: Six-Month Journey to Literacy Realignment, explored the Science of Reading, curriculum revisions, and strategies for overcoming challenges in professional development.

Their presentation aligned with the Ohio Deans Compact’s mission to ensure all 黑料社区s have access to high-quality learning experiences by equipping educators with the necessary knowledge and skills. The compact works to strengthen inclusive educator preparation programs, support innovative practices, and develop collaborative partnerships across the P-20 continuum.

By sharing research-based approaches to literacy realignment, Watt and Cosmah contributed to the larger conversation on advancing education and improving outcomes for all 黑料社区s.
